About the Team

At O2, we like to do things differently, and our approach to HR isn`t any different. We understand that businesses are constantly evolving to remain competitive and with that, we need to make sure that we provide an attractive proposition to both our current and future employees.

The Performance & Reward Centre of Excellence covers a wide variety of areas including; reviewing internal and external market pay, developing attractive benefit options, as well as policy governance and managing the bonus and share plans process. 

Your role and what we`re after

As the Reward Analyst, you`ll gain valuable experience handling people and reward data connecting this to all reward activities and future reward developments at O2.

You’ll also been involved in aligning our global reward policies with those in the UK, and working closely with our HR colleagues who support the plans operationally.

What are we after? Well that`s simple, someone who has a passion for detail and an analytical mind-set who would like to be part of a forward thinking HR team.

A taster of what you`ll be doing

  • Leading all cyclical reward activity such as pay review and annual bonus
  • Modelling and presenting people data to support policy development 
  • Market pricing of more complex and market scarce roles using Willis Towers Watson methodology
  • Project support on a range of complex and high profile policy development initiatives (e.g. pay frameworks, employment contract reviews, gender pay and much more..)
  • Developing and maintaining reward governance framework

What do we need from you?

We`re open to applications from reward professionals, data analyst (in/outside of HR) or Graduates (ideally HR Discipline) who have the ambition to work in a progressive HR team

  • Experience in analysing complex data and communicating the outputs to different stakeholder groups
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong attention to detail is essential
  • Awareness of UK reward trends
  • Experience of operating in a highly confidential manner
