Location: Victoria House, London WC1 4AD
Salary: £24,347 - £27,268 plus excellent benefits.
Opportunity for an aspiring HR professional wishing to further develop their knowledge and expertise whilst contributing to our ambition to be one of the top 5 competition and consumer agencies in the world.
Specifically, reporting to an HR Business Partner, as HR Officer (Business Partnering), you’ll use your HR knowledge to deliver effective, pragmatic and sustainable solutions in partnership with CMA managers to enable the CMA and its staff to be high performing.
You’ll advise and support CMA managers on the implementation and delivery of people management practices and training and development, including induction and performance management. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your expertise across a breadth of HR specialisations through managing a range of discrete projects.
In addition to your HR knowledge (ideally CIPD qualified) and experience within a HR function, managing casework, policy development and/or producing / commenting on analytical reports, you’ll need the confidence and communication skills to build relationships with our managers, combined with a positive and ‘can do’ approach.
As demonstrated by your track record of development to date, you’ll have a passion for HR and an enthusiasm to further develop your breadth of professional knowledge.
