Learning and Development Manager role to join a Care Charity working in a regional capacity to cover the home counties and London.
A large care charity with care homes all over England. This role will be part of the 'South' team and will cover the Home Counties and London.
The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for:
- working with care home managers to provide mandatory training around areas such as first aid, immunisation, reducing infection risk
- designing and delivering care related training
- line managing learning and development partners in the team
The Learning and Development Manager must have a Care Home background and have experience delivering Care training.
Line management or supervisory experience would also be necessary.
Someone coming from a Care Home Manager role who has already delivered some training to staff would be considered for this role.
The Learning and Development Manager would receive a salary of £35,000 as well as a company car or a generous car allowance.
