We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic and experienced HR Administrator to join our HR Operations team in our Chelsea offices. The focus of the role is to be the first point of contact for general HR queries and to provide HR generalist administrative support to the HR operations team. You will work closely with our other HR Administrators and Advisors in providing a seamless, high quality, professional and customer focussed generalist HR advisory and operational support service on all aspects of our HR service in line with service level agreements including recruitment, on-boarding, contract administration, payroll administration, HR data and supporting HR and business improvement projects.

The successful person will have considerable administrative experience ideally gained within an academic, health or related sectors. You must have excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills and be comfortable working in a demanding environment. It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills and that you are able to build and maintain strong collaborative  relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
