HR Manager / Business Partner
A City based, international insurance firm is looking to recruit a HR Manager / Business Partner on a long term contract basis. Working as part of a small team, the role will have responsibility for the entire HR life-cycle, including:
- Management of recruitment processes, including liaising with hiring managers and agencies, interviewing candidates and management of the offer process.
- Partner with the Head of HR on all employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinaries & grievances and policy updates.
- Management of the annual Learning & Training programme review. Conducting training needs analysis, working with third parties to ensure that programmes are in line with business requirements.
- Lead on a number of HR projects and improvement processes across the department.
The successful candidate will have experience at Senior Advisor / HR Manager level from within another financial services organisation, ideally another insurance business. Candidates must have worked in an operational, end to end HR role previously, ideally from within another boutique environment. To be considered, please apply with an updated CV as soon as possible.
