Your new role
You will be responsible for a business unit of 200 employees, providing professional advice on all HR matters. As a Senior member of the HR team, you will lead on all ER issues within your population.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an accomplished HR generalist, with extensive experience in handling complex ER issues. You will have worked within a professional or finical services background. You will have the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, as well as provide leadership to the greater HR team.
