HR Business Partner
A fantastic and growing Consumer business is looking to for an HR Business Partner to join their function. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will partner with several business units to deliver a top quality HR offering to the business.
The role is a good blend of operational HR and working on the strategic agenda with business leaders. Joining a small HR team, you will take a proactive and hands-on approach to HR. The role will be the first point of contact for all HR queries from your business units, support the recruitment function with hiring and take responsibility for the day to day HR needs of the business. There will be projects to be involved in, including process improvements and roll-out of new initiatives. Engagement is a key focus for the business and you will manage survey feedback and implement any follow-up activities for the business. You will challenge the business and ensure they are structured in the most efficient way, driving performance and commerciality.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a Pharmaceutical/Regulated industry or within an FMCG business. The workforce is diverse, from Head Office staff to the production facilities so you will be able to build relationships and operate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have worked uin a business partner capacity previously and take a hands-on and commercial approach to HR.
