HR Business Partner
A focus on the strategic people agenda, with responsibility for understanding the organisational implications of the business strategy and the delivery of the people agenda.
Previous experience of operating as a business partner, leveraging centres of excellence/specialists to deliver the people plan.
Shape, reinforce and embed the HR operating model, build relationships and credibility with leadership team at a strategic level, experience of removing business blockers in order for HR services/specialist to deliver the people plan successfully.
Educate the business on performance management, ensuring it is utilised to support with the creation of a positive, high performance culture. Support with annual objective setting, coaching and calibration.
Work closely with the business to embed a robust talent management process, working closely with specialist in attraction, development and reward to ensure rigour in talent and succession to meet business need.
lead on OD, diving and landing people related change.
Supporting with the learning agenda, employee relations, resourcing, the annual reward cycle and engagement.
