Senior Reward Manager/Head of Reward
You will report directly into the COO, acting as an internal consultant providing specialist support to all HR teams within the business and driving the Reward Strategy.
To do this, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Reward plans across the business with continual evaluation and improvement, as well as ensuring that the business remains legally compliant. Lead the Reward Team which consists of a Reward Manager and a Reward Analyst, ensuring that the teams work is delivered in an efficient and effective manner as well as continually supporting the teams development. Your responsibilities will also include the businesses day to day and cyclical activity:
- Annual Pay Review
- Market research
- New Reward Proposals
- Gender Pay Gap Reporting
You must have proven experience within the Retail Industry, be a true relationship builder, and management of multiple stakeholders.
