Reward and Insight Analyst
I am looking to speak with engaging and commercial reward and analytics professionals for a unique role with a leading broadcasting business based in central London.
As well as working within a small HR team and thus gaining excellent exposure to a variety of departments and senior executives this role straddles two critical HR specialist teams; Reward and HR Analytics.
Analytics have become a large focus for all HR departments over the last few years and my clients are placing strong analytics at the forefront of their agenda in 2018. You will therefore be tasked with supporting with the reward cycle; salary reviews and benchmarking as well as producing monthly and management reports and forecast impact, costs and issues.
To be successful in this role you must therefore be experienced in delivering Reward activities including salary reviews and benchmarking, as well as, proficient with advanced excel and able to identify trends through large sets of data.
