Employee Relations Manager
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere with an industry leading brand. You will lead a team of 4 and be responsible for high volume ER, Policy development, MI, settlements and will support the Group ER Manager with ongoing projects.
You will ideally have excellent knowledge and understanding of UK&I Employment Law, experience of working with Trade Unions, team management experience, have the ability to be agile and overcome challenges, be a true leader and help with your direct reports development.
This role will pay up to £50,000 plus flexible benefits.
