Your new company
A financial services company based in The City are recruiting for a Reward Project Manager to join them for 3-6 months initially. They are one of the worlds leading financial groups in over 40 countries. Their services include corporate banking, commercial banking, retail banking, wealth management, investment banking and capital markets
Your new role
You will report into the Head of Reward and lead on a number of key reward projects to help improve the reward offering to the business. You will be helping to develop a leaner and more efficient way of working.
Projects will include the design and implementation of a deferred compensation tool for bank deferred compensation awards, support projects on implementation of new corporate title framework including changes to compensation ranges and benefits entitlements, refreshing of reward policies and processes, and support on implementing regulatory requirements across the EU.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive reward experience, specifically within financial services. You will have supported a number of reward projects previously. You will also have excellent knowledge of reward regulations within financial services. You will have good working knowledge of HR systems, ideally Workday.
