HR Coordinator 6 Months FTC
You will form an intrinsic part of the HR Operations team and have the responsibility of delivering a consistently high-quality HR Administration support service to the organisation. As HR Coordinator you will report into the HR Manager and will be responsible for the following:
* Providing high quality administrative service that ensures transactional processes are accurate and timely
* Completing all transactional HR activities accurately and effectively
* Ensure the appropriate storage of employee records and archives
* Manage internal and external enquires while ensuring a positive and supportive customer experience
* Processes and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure they meet the needs of the organisation.
