I am working with a fast growing and exciting international organisation who are currently recruiting for a talent manager to join their Cambridgeshire based team. This role has been created as the business is about to enter a period of rapid growth and there is a huge need to create and embed talent management, leadership development and further talent growth across the International business. Key responsibilities; Establish and implement the talent development strategy with the Recruitment and Talent DirectorIn collaboration with HR Directors, identify global talent needs for now and the future across the organisation.Establish the resource forecast and people capability requirements required to deliver our business strategy. Work with the Recruitment and Talent Director to establish an effective 'build' and 'buy' plan for future needsSelect/develop and own the talent identification and development tools and processes for the organisation including the talent cycle, performance management and potential Maintain records on key talent (high performing, high potential employees), succession plans, career paths, etc., and facilitate their effective deploymentEstablish and implement the early careers strategy including apprentices, graduates, internships and work experience placements to provide pipelines of future high potential talentManage leadership coaching, mentoring and developmental assignmentsDesign and implement leadership and management development programmesReview LMS content in line with the talent development strategy, removing and adding content relative to business needsWe are looking for candidates who are passionate about working for growing organisation who have historically worked in a large corporate and are able to apply their learnings. You will have experience in working across the whole spectrum of talent ideally with an international client group.
