HR Project Lead - T&C's and Policy Review
Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with a global marketing and advertising firm who are looking to appoint an HR Project Lead to join their team on an 8 month assignment. The role is to review and analyse the existing senior leaders T&C's, contractual obligations and existing policies and procedures with a view to re-design and establish best practise. The role would suit a generalist who has strong delivery experience in complex environments across a global remit. You will be the face of the project and have full ownership from start to finish. You will have huge involvement in working with senior stakeholders across the organisation including supporting managers with the changes to T&C and policies. Working with the HR team you will also be involved in communicating the change across the organisation. To be successful in this position you should have completed similar projects within a global organisation. You should be confident, credible and have the gravitas to communication change effectively.
