  • co-ordinating all payroll data
  • data entry
  • checking payroll data is accurate and correct
  • handling payroll and pay queries
  • liaising with the outsourced payroll provider
  • payslip distribution
  • support on all HR Administration
  • employee life cycle; starters, leavers etc
  • recruitment administration
  • minuting HR meetings
  • all ER paperwork
  • Payroll checking
  • Liaison with third parties
  • Employee query resolution
  • Payslip distribution
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Employee Benefits
    Administration of Private Medical Insurance scheme
  • Maintenance of Company Car scheme records, co-ordination of new car requests, quotation and queries
  • Liaison with third party providers
  • Administration of GPP and AE Pension Schemes
  • HR Administration
    Production of standard letters and correspondence
  • Starters and leavers maintenance
  • Ad hoc requests


  • To be considered for this role, you must be qualified in both Maths and English and have experience in a similar role. This is a dual HR & Payroll position so experience in both is ESSENTIAL.
  • Recent experience within a payroll team
  • Team player
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Can use your own initiative and work to deadlines
