Your new role
You will be propose strategic, operational and tactical pay, bonus and benefits initiatives to support achievement of the company's objective.You will be managing and leading initiatives that underpin the reward strategy of all the employees including issues relating to job evaluation, annual merit awards, flexible benefits, salary benchmarking, etc, supporting the company's reward strategy whilst recognising local unique market requirements. You will be supporting the successful growth, development and integration of the respective operations through some significant periods of change by high level HR advice, consultancy and leadership in the area of reward, recognition and Performance Management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of experience within reward and performance management in order to be considered for this role
