In anticipation of continued growth, a highly entrepreneurial, innovative and ambitious logistics business is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide a complete generalist HR service in order fulfil the people and HR requirements.
The HR Manager will act as a true business partner to allow the organisation to achieve its objectives, both in the short and long term.
Working closely with the Leadership Team you will ensure that a HR strategy is designed and implemented and one that underpins the wider business strategy. Acting as the sole HR representative in the company – within a business that has never previously had a true HR function – you will also provide an operational service to the business, by taking full ownership of the employee life-cycle from recruitment and selection, onboarding and development to talent management and off-boarding (including associated administration).
To be considered for this role you:
Will be degree of CIPD qualified;
Will have worked as a HR Generalist within a standalone capacity;
Will be self-motivated and highly proactive;
Will have had exposure to an SME;
Will have good interpersonal skills to influence, engage and challenge in a positive manner.
