HR Coordinator - 4-6 weeks



City of London

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a digital content agency based in the City. They require an interim HR coordinator to join them for around 4-6 weeks initially to assist the wider team. This role will have a large part to play in ensuring that the wider team and business work effectively and efficiently.

Reporting into the HR manager, duties will include:

First point of contact for HR team, managing the team inbox, and any ad-hoc queries

Maintain accurate records within the team

Managing payroll and the administration of any employee changes

Helping with the on-boarding process, ensuring new joiners are set up

Overseeing probation periods; supporting managers to ensure these are successful

Managing benefits administration

Supporting with recruitment and training on an administrative level

Manage the performance review process

Adhoc reporting when required

Key skills/experience:

Previous HR coordination experience

Flexible approach - especially when working on projects

Knowledge of ADP or similar payroll system would be ideal

Creative and positive approach to HR

Interest in working towards CIPD

As this role is a short term, interim position, you must be available immediately to be considered.
