The role is a Reward Manager role, which will partner the business in shaping the Reward Strategy for an organisation that has grown rapidly over the past year. This is a real opportunity to really influence the direction Reward is taking for the organisation, and it is a great chance to get fantastic exposure. The ideal individual will have;
- Previous experience implementing pay structures and advising on Reward issues.
- An understanding of the wider HR remit.
- ability to communicate effectively with senior stateholders.
