Your new role
You will be supporting the internal recruiter in a busy HR team. You will need to have prior experience supporting a busy recruitment team with administrative duties involving scheduling and coordinating telephone and face to face interviews. Prior to candidates arriving, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the meetings and ensuring all material has been provided.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to articulate your message to all levels of management. Not only that, this role requires you to have an eye for detail and go the extra mile to do more. You will need to be confident enough to be able to conduct telephone and some face to face interviews.
