Your new role
As an HR Assistant, 12 Month FTC, you will report to the HR Director and will be responsible for the end-end employee life cycle, including: Preparing offer letters and contracts, flexible working letters, salary increase letters, managing the leaver process, advertising positions internally, liaising with agencies and arranging interviews, booking training courses and sending joining instructions, recording and monitoring sickness absence, sitting in on disciplinaries and grievances when required as a note taker and producing HR letters.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have HR Administration experience in a generalist HR Administration role, you must be Intermediate or advanced level with MS Excel and have experience using Pivot tables and V-Lookup's, ideally you will have no more than 2 weeks notice.
