A leading tech firm in the Guildford area. A Senior Benefits Analyst is required for 12 months to cover a maternity period.
Your new role
Our client is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to join their Benefits team to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for the total European benefits operations. This is a very hands-on role and is responsible for implementing new offerings whilst maintaining the smooth operation of benefit programs and systems, partnering with all vendors and cross-functional colleagues in Payroll, Legal and Finance.
In this role you will be expected to: design, implement and administer all European benefits, partner with all local and global vendors building strong relationships throughout, proactively seek opportunities to enhance employee benefits by identifying trends, identify and implement process improvement as identified, partner on annual reward statements and carry out all review of vendor invoices and agreements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be highly proficient on Excel and prior experience of Workday or Greater Insights would be very beneficial. You will be an analytical and detail driven individual with strong project management and system skills. You must have a working knowledge of basic employment and benefit laws across Europe. This role is best suited to somebody that puts outstanding customer service at the top of their agenda.
