Performance & Reward Specialist, Central Birmingham


Working as part of the Performance and Reward you will responsible for leading the delivery and support performance and reward products and processes. The role works in close partnership with Divisional HR, Central Performance and Reward, as well as liaising with the wider UK team to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes.
You will responsible for:
* Managing the successful delivery of end to end global group wide variable compensation and fixed pay review processes
* Hands on support and expert advice for Divisional Reward, Local HR and Regional HR on global delivery and rollout of products, processes or policies
* Working in partnership with Group Reward
* Managing and contributing to the production and sign off of high quality communication and reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any P&R products or processes
* Leading and managing the delivery and implementation of P&R products and processes across the business, from launch through to post implementation review.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Solid experience in Reward
* Experience in large multisite / global organisations
* Project management experience
* Experience in designing effective communications materials
* A consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving
* Experience in HR systems and technology
* Experience in process design and improvement
* Experience in handling large data sets and using complex MS Excel formulas
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information
