HR Project Manager - Northampton - FTC - £50,000 + car
Macildowie Recruitment is working with a reputable business with national reach on an HR Project Manager vacancy with a change focus. The HR Project Manager will lead and project manage a number of significant change projects, and will be rewarded with a salary up to £50,000 + Car. The role will be recruited on a fixed term basis and will be Northampton based.
The HR Project Manager will be responsible for supporting a client group of c500 employees and will work alongside a number of HR colleagues. The HR Manager will work very closely with the site management teams to embed new short and long term HR strategies which will include new structures and processes. The bulk of this role will be focused on TUPE, restructures and engagement.
As part of a significant transformation project, this role will require the HR Project Manager to not only manage the due diligence elements of change but also the communications and engagement strategy surrounding the transformation.
You will be CIPD qualified and will have a collaborative, team player mentality. Experience working in a fast paced environment is essential to hit the ground running, as well a sound knowledge of ER and change management. You will be comfortable building relationships in a fast paced, challenging environment and will be comfortable putting together and deploying your own project plans to completion. Experience building relationships with external suppliers would be beneficial.
