Head of Training
Managing a team of 5, this role will include, devising the strategy for training, taking a blended approach with key areas to include management capability, leadership development and competency frameworks. As the Head of training, you will also be overseeing the current/ on going training delivered by the trainers to ensure consistency and constant improvement of the training programmes and initiatives. As well as this, you will also have your own material and training to deliver. Finally, as the Head of the Training, you will take the lead on designing and creating training material and programmes.
A great opportunity working alongside the HRD to devise and implement a training strategy within a growing and well known organisation. To be considered for the role, you require previous experience leading a training/ L&D function, within a highly regulatory environment. As this role is multi site, predominately in Lincolnshire/ Nottinghamshire, you will be required to travel from time to time.
