My client, a corporate brokers based in the City, are currently recruiting for an experienced HRBP on a temp to perm basis. Working with the HR Director and with support from the HR Assistant this role will work to professionalise the HR offering.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of new HR policies, processes and procedures to provide a more efficient service and to achieve business goals. Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes.

HR projects - including implementation of a HRIS system, interface between HRIS and Payroll, change management, Employee Engagement etc

Manage complex ER cases from end to end; including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, sickness, absence, performance etc.

Performance Management: coach managers on performance management issues and processes

Learning & Development: provide guidance on development for managers and their teams

Training: identify areas that need attention and improvement

Recruitment & retention: manage talent and succession planning

Reward: lead the salary review process and review of company benefits

Guide HR Assistant with day to day duties and their own professional development

Requirements:

  • Track record of success in an HR Business Partner role, with a strong generalist background

  • Good employment law knowledge and employee relations experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work at high pace

  • Proactive, assertive and resilient

  • Highly detail oriented

  • Analytically minded
