The HR Manager will partner closely with the business to support with HR operations.
A growing hospitality business with premises in Glasgow and Ayrshire.
The HR Manager will work closely with Operations managers and directors to support all HR related activity. Reporting in the HR Director, they will
- workforce planning
- design and delivery of training
- advise manager on HR policies
- support managers with ER cases
- support annual pay review process
- support the employee engagement agenda
- drive the people processes around any expansion plans.
The HR Manager will have
- experience of advising managers on ER issues
- organised with strong time management
- good communication skills
- worked in a multi-site role is desirable
- HR degree or CIPD is desirable
