This organisation is growing rapidly- they are not a start up, they are established and rapidly growing. Lots of this growth is in the UK, equally there is lots of recruitment taking place Internationally in regions such as Africa, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. They are specialist in what they do- they have some really interesting advisory work to Governments to influence infrastructure reform, and country policy.

Currently, there is an HR team of 4 supporting a Global Workforce of 115 people, they are very much in growth mode and will be rapidly expanding. The workforce is very academic, and you will working with some of the most intellectually switched on, and bright individuals in the field. This is the kind of organisation where decisions get made quickly- they are very commercial and constantly bidding for new contracts- it's a really positive place to be!

At the moment the gap in the team is for an operational HR Generalist to come and join them in a transition phase for 4-6 Months, working with the other members of the team supporting on all generalist aspects of HR- both in the UK and all of the countries that they have permanent consultants. They have grown very fast and need someone to bring HR up to speed in their organisation before the permanent structure is announced in 4-6 Months time.
