A commercial global company in Central London, which is currently going through a large transformation project requires a Reward Project Manager to support a large TUPE transfer.
Your new role
You will be supporting a large scale TUPE of 1200 staff into the business from a reward perspective. You will be looking at the contracts of employees, and harmonising both compensation and benefits across both businesses.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have managed the harmonisation process of previous TUPE projects, and also understand it from a legal perspective.
