My client, a specialist financial services business with global footprint who are currently undergoing rapid positive change, have an urgent need for an HR Advisor to join their team.
This role will support the HRBP with the delivery of HR projects, employee life cycle changes and provide an effective human resources advisory service. The role will manage day to day operational and administrative tasks whilst being the first point of contact for all internal and external HR queries.
The successful candidate will be positive and proactive in nature, highly detailed and happy to work in a predominantly operational role as an important HR Advisor to their business heads. Experience of working in a small to medium sized business within a financial services environment would be beneficial.
