A leading global insurance and advisory business is looking for experienced PMO / Project Managers with exposure to deploying HR and people change projects.

Two opportunities exist, covering LATAM or EMEA regions, reporting into HR Integration Leads responsible for coordinating and managing HR change programs in each region. The projects are aligned to a global initiative that will deliver a new tech platform, an enhanced HR service delivery model and improved reporting.

Requirements:

As the point of contact for your region you will be responsible for overseeing execution of all necessary deployment activities,

Coordinating closely with the Global Lead, other Regional Deployment Leads, regional HR Service Delivery and Talent Acquisition Leads.

Execute comprehensive project plans and manage resources across the region, throughout a waved deployment.

Lead educational introduction to the project

Validate program assumptions / local requirements captured throughout the Global Design & Build

Develop and manage deployment readiness scorecards

Oversee effective execution of the Deployment Blueprint and critical tasks for your region

Develop and coordinate local testing, training and communication approaches for your region

Partner with country leads, cascading key global messaging

Proactively conduct peer review of project management activities, documentation, consolidation and handling of feedback, risks & issue mitigation, progress reporting, scope management, quality controls etc.

Identify additional initiatives and/or optimization opportunities to bring to the global team for consideration

Requirements

An experienced Project Manager with a strong PMO background.

Candidates with a broad understanding of the total HR proposition and the ability to identify interdependencies will be preferred.

Experiences with processes of strategic planning and management, process improvement, change/scope management, conflict resolution, resource planning and utilisation

Able to work independently as well as cross-functionally in an organization to successfully implement projects

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with Human Capital Management strongly preferred
