Our client, a British born multi-national retail group is looking for a London based Senior Digital Recruitment Partner. They will be responsible for the sourcing and hiring of top talent for Digital, Marketing and Creative vacancies for this British retail group

Description

Working with this London headquartered retail group, the Senior Digital Recruitment Partner will be:

  • Working closely with client groups to identify their requirements and help to fulfil their recruitment needs as quickly as possible
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand their vacancies from a technical point of view and to ascertain their ideal candidate profile. Advising on recruitment processes and best practice, industry insights and when they may need to flex their expectations
  • Communicating with key internal stakeholders so that they are aware of all recruitment activity
  • Working with the Projects team to align job advertisements and recruitment packs ensuring they reflect the nature of the role, the working environment and help identify top talent internally and externally
  • Utilising internal database, advertising, cutting edge social sourcing, a variety of headhunting techniques and personal candidate networks to source top talent in Digital, Marketing & Creative
  • Proactively networking with passive candidates, continuously mapping competitors and top industry talent
  • Juggling multiple vacancies and prioritising business critical roles ensuring clear and transparent communication with candidates and Hiring Managers alike
  • Making commercial decisions on vacancy and candidate prioritisation across the Group to benefit business objectives
  • Acting as an ambassador for all client groups, making sure the right candidates go to the right brands and the candidate experience is second to none
  • Understanding the Digital, Marketing & Creative competitive landscape and talent pools; developing new and innovative ways of engaging and attracting this talent
  • Focused on hiring Digital, Marketing & Creative talent directly where possible, delivering personal KPI and recruitment targets, reducing cost per hire, agency spend and reliance
  • Partnering with and maintaining relationships with PSL recruitment agencies where necessary, managing the end to end recruitment process and ensuring they understand our brand fit and business requirements
  • Managing, developing and inspiring a Talent Acquisition Advisor and Coordinator ensuring their success
  • Working closely with each Brand gaining an intimate understanding of their requirements, challenges and opportunities
  • Attend relevant industry and career events to network and develop insights and understanding into recruitment advancements

Profile

The successful Senior Digital Recruitment Partner for this multi-national retail group with it's headquarters in London will have:

  • Solid experience and passion for recruiting Digital, Marketing & Creative talent with knowledge and intuition to identify top talent within this business segment
  • A finger on the pulse of the Digital, Marketing & Creative market and these candidate's motivations and drivers
  • Skilled in social recruiting with expert sourcing techniques across a variety of channels
  • A sense of urgency and pace with a proactive delivery focus
  • Experience thriving in fast pace, high pressured environments
  • Target driven yet able to balance this with offering unrivalled candidate experiences and stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Polished communicator and influencer with a team player attitude
  • Ability to influence Hiring Managers and hiring decisions and advise recruitment best practice to deliver results
  • Expertise in building strong relationships across multiple teams internally and externally
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members, developing their skills and performance capabilities

Job Offer

A salary of £40,000 - £50,000 + flexible benefits
