Interim HR Business Partner
Our client is a well known growing SME currently undergoing a number of change and engagement projects. This is a fast-paced and hands-on 3-Month FTC for an immediately available generalist with strong operational experience.
Our client is a reputable manufacturing business currently going through an exciting period of growth and change. The HR team currently has a heavy project workload, and they are bringing on an interim Business Partner to assist with the additional volume. They are seeking someone fast-paced with a background in gritty and hands-on roles to join their team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering and enforcing best practice across day-to-day operations including employee relations, disciplinary and grievances, performance improvement, absence management and end-to-end recruitment. They will also be supporting the HR Manager with upcoming and ongoing engagement projects to move the HR strategy of the business forward.
You will have experience working at HR Manager or HR Business Partner level within either manufacturing, engineering, or FMCG business. You will be a confident generalist with strong skills in employee relations. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or higher, however this is not essential. Personality fit is key with our client and they are seeking someone who can demonstrate initiative and grit, while also having resilience and a good sense of humour.
£40-45 FTE Salary
