This is an amazing opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a leading UK Charity based in Central London. This is a generalist position and you will be joining them at a time when they are experiencing exciting growth. This is a newly created role.
*Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational HR matters
*Full involvement in Recruitment & On-boarding
*Work with HRBS on a range of ER issues
*Learning & Development
*Ownership of HR systems
*Review and update policies and procedures
*Strategic recruitment lead for HR team
*Source and arrange relevant training
*Responsible for the Payroll
Skills and Experience
*Up to date knowledge of HR policy, best practice and employment law
*Demonstrable experience of HR Advisor level tasks
*CIPD Qualified or equivalent experience
*Strong organisation and communication skills
*Experience in using HR databases and excellent IT skills
*Comprehensive knowledge and experience of recruitment & selection process
