Your new company
My client well established Bank based in Central London, are recruiting for an HR GDPR Business Analyst to join their HR team and support them through the regulations coming in this year. This role is a contract and will be to start ASAP and will go through until the 31st July 2018.

Your new role
You will report into the Head of HR, and be the point of contact for all things GDPR. You will have a good understanding of the regulations, identify problems within the company, and implement workable solutions.
Coordinate and support the HR team undertake changes to policy, processes and systems in order to be compliant with GDPR which becomes law in may 2018

  • Coordinate HR subject matter experts (SMEs) validate the Data Asset Register
  • Identify areas of non-compliance with GDPR
  • Work with HR SMEs to define solutions for each area of non-compliance
  • Develop an implementation plan for each solution
  • Project manage the implementation of plans - coordinate working groups taking actions to make us compliant
  • Work with the Banks GDPR project team and provide the information and updates on HR's progress they require

    What you'll need to succeed
    My client is looking for a well established Senior HR professional with a solid financial services background, who has recently run a GDPR project and has a strong understanding of MIFID 2 & financial regulatory requirements.
    Experience of working in an HR department so familiar with the services HR provide, its policies, procedures, technology and data
    Familiar with GDPR regulations and its impact on HR's services
    Has worked on projects to be compliant with new regulations and/or legislation
    Excellent communication and facilitation skills
    Ability to take information and data and analyse it in order to come up with solutions
    Project management experience
    Strong coordination and influencing skills
    Experience in using Microsoft Office HR system Oracle or similar
