Learning and Development Business Partner

Are you a Learning and Development Business Partner, who would like to work with an organisation who make a positive difference to their communities and improve the life chances and outcomes of young people from every background?

If this sounds like you a UK wide charity based in East London are looking for a talented Learning and Development professional to join them for a 12 month contract. The organisation has an innovative approach to their Learning and Development and are looking for a Learning and Development Business Partner who will be instrumental in researching new ways of developing organisational talent. They believe in a blended learning approach utilising a wide range of interventions ranging from large events and conferences, through to self- directed learning.

Reporting into the Head of People the role offers the opportunity to shape and impact the strategic aims and objectives of the organisation, through carrying out needs analysis and supporting management in the ongoing implementation of the learning and development strategy for all employees. You will also take responsibility for the design, development and delivery of key events, work with the Internal Communications team to develop and continuously improve employee communication streams and work in collaboration with the wider HR team on areas such as staff development and engagement. The post holder will work closely with the Head of People to ensure that the Investors in People Gold standard is achieved.

The charity are looking for a Learning and Development professional with proven experience in:

  • building strong and effective relationships with stakeholders at every level
  • identifying and delivering a range of L&D interventions that drive performance improvement and delivery against business objectives
  • evaluating and analysing outcomes to effectively demonstrate value for money
  • management and leadership development
