We are currently working with an exciting boutique investment firm on a terrific opportunity for a high potential and driven person to join them in an Talent / Recruitment position.

Generally, hires into this business are self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, able to think on their feet in a very fast paced environment and that are curious.

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will have recruitment experience ideally from within a HR/recruitment function at a fast paced highly professional business.

Responsibilities in the role will include:

Research and market mapping

Managing recruitment for junior to mid-level hires, from writing job specifications to managing agency relationships and coordinating interviews

Producing reports relating to talent including analytics on hiring activity, headcount and forecasting etc.

Administration of all recruitment processes, from scheduling, booking travel to offer documentation and new joiner processes.

Working with marketing to enhance the employer brand and developing online presence using social media etc.

Researching topics and initiating the production of podcasts, publications, newsletters

Maintain a global talent record

We're looking for candidates that possess the following, please apply if this suits you.

Experience in managing recruitment and projects in an entrepreneurial business

Experience using social media in a professional sense and online recruitment tools

An intellectual curiosity, self-motivation and a good degree of drive

Interest in investments, at least an interest in really getting to know the business

Ideally a degree education or equivalent
