A Global Insurance firm, based in The City, are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will support the HR Manager in managing the day to day operation of the HR function for the London office. As the HR Advisor, responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Responsibility for the Systems Administration and ensuring it is up to date

Supporting in probation meetings with the view to then take responsibility of

Producing contracts and offer letters as and when required in addition to other appropriate letters

Responsibility of the systems regarding holidays

Supporting the HR Team with the annual salary review and performance management

Supporting HR Manager in carrying out MI and Headcount reporting

Supporting HR manager in the payroll process

Responsibility for keeping HR pages of the intranet up-to-date

Supporting the HR Manager in running annual benefits review process for UK office

Supporting HR Manager in maintaining HR Policies and procedures relating to UK office in order to ensure company is compliant and up to date with UK employment law

Ad hoc tasks or projects as needed

As the HR Advisor, you will possess:

Strong MS Office skills

Appropriate level of technical skills for the role

Strong academics

Financial/Professional Services background
