A Global Insurance firm, based in The City, are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will support the HR Manager in managing the day to day operation of the HR function for the London office. As the HR Advisor, responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):Responsibility for the Systems Administration and ensuring it is up to dateSupporting in probation meetings with the view to then take responsibility ofProducing contracts and offer letters as and when required in addition to other appropriate lettersResponsibility of the systems regarding holidaysSupporting the HR Team with the annual salary review and performance managementSupporting HR Manager in carrying out MI and Headcount reportingSupporting HR manager in the payroll processResponsibility for keeping HR pages of the intranet up-to-dateSupporting the HR Manager in running annual benefits review process for UK officeSupporting HR Manager in maintaining HR Policies and procedures relating to UK office in order to ensure company is compliant and up to date with UK employment lawAd hoc tasks or projects as neededAs the HR Advisor, you will possess:Strong MS Office skillsAppropriate level of technical skills for the roleStrong academicsFinancial/Professional Services backgroundIf this HR Advisor position is of interest, please apply directly or call 02073377691.
