A leading Asset Management firm based in The City are looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Partner to join their team. As the Diversity & Inclusion Partner, your role will manage the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion related activities across the Company. As the Diversity & Inclusion Partner, you will be responsible for:Conducting structured analysis to determine D&I needs across the organisationCreating a cohesive Diversity & Inclusion strategy and obtain buy in from Senior StakeholdersDeveloping and progressing Women in Finance Charter initiativesOverseeing the annual Gender Pay ReportEmbedding D&I cultural behaviours through the performance and behaviour frameworkReviewing policies and procedures to enhance D&I opportunities working with the ENEIMaking recommendations for recruitment activities and processes to strengthen Diversity & Inclusion focusCollaborating with the marketing and communications team to promote the organisations efforts internally and externallyReviewing external Diversity & Inclusion benchmarks and assessing suitability for the organisationEmbedding unconscious bias training and providing follow up'sSupporting with the review of inductions and providing input on Diversity & Inclusion strategies that could be incorporatedOverseeing the internal diversity data and leveraging the information to set up KPI's to measure impact of new initiativesAs the Diversity & Inclusion Partner, you will possess:Solid experience as a Diversity & Inclusion expertExperience in a broader HR or Learning & Development backgroundPrevious experience of Graduate/Internship style programmesHigh organisational and project management skillsAbility to work under pressureStrong MS Office skillsIf this Diversity & Inclusion Partner role is of interest, please apply directly or call 02073377691.
