Key responsibilities will include:-

Establish and implement the learning and development strategy with the Talent Development director
In collaboration with the HR Directors and the Talent Development Manager identify current and future global learning and training needs across the organisation
Establish the learning and development budget. Manage the budget centrally to ensure cost effective learning outcomes
Specify training events and learning interventions, select vendors, roll out programmes and evaluate outcomes
Support critical learning needs identification and interventions for key departments, skill groups or individuals
Develop and maintain the learning curriculum including leadership and technical skills training for current and future capability requirements
Own the learning management system (SABA) and develop and curate global learning material for the organisation

We are looking for candidates who have experience in managing learning and development in a high quality and international environment. You will be able to demonstrate commercial delivery across your roles and an eagerness to keep abreast of developments across the discipline of learning and development.
