A large Public Services organisation in South Birmingham are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor / HR Manager to cover whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.
Your new role
A HR Advisor role providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR issues including HR policy and procedures, employee relations, absence management and performance management. The postholder will also advise on recruitment processes, support change management and restructuring programmes, and support HR projects. The role will also provide a full HR administration service.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be be a Fully/Part qualified HR Advisor with previous experience of providing HR advice and guidance within a large and complex organisation. You will be well organised, approachable and have a can do attitude.
