French-speaking HR Manager
I am currently working with one of the world's top management consulting firms who are in the process of growing one of their business arms.
Reporting into a Managing Director in London, this person will have responsibility for 4 of their European offices and will solely provide a full generalist service to the European population.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding all staff and running the exit process
- Resourcing and staffing employees on client projects
- Reviewing performance and working through the career development cycle
- Coordinating with offices to ensure staff are included in appropriate training sessions
Although technically stand-alone, this role benefits from a substantial HR network across the wider firm.
To be considered for this role, you must have a good working knowledge of French and be fluent in English. You must also have an HR generalist background, ideally stemming from a professional services environment (financial services will also be considered).
