We are working with a specialist financial services business who are looking to recruit a Benefits Consultant to join their team. The role is initially a 6 month interim position, but there is the expectation that in the longer term it will be a permanent position. This role is part of a wider (US Based) Benefits team and is a member of the UK HR Team.
As a benefits consultant you will be responsible for the ongoing administration and operation of employee benefits designs, programmes and policies as well as managing the various scheme vendors. There is a particular focus on DC Pension Schemes, PMI and medical policies and broader flexible benefits
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Benefits Specialist who is comfortable working with colleagues across the business. You will need to be able to respond to queries quickly and accurately and be seen as a trusted advisor to your colleagues. Ideally you will be available immediately or on short notice and will be interested in looking for a longer term opportunity.
