HR & Resourcing Specialist
I'm currently seeking a HR & Resourcing Specialist for my finacial services client based in South Manchester for a 12 month FTC paying up to £45k.
About the HR & Resourcing Specialist Role
As the HR & Resourcing Specialist in this Sales led environment during the 12 month fixed term contract you will join an established HR function within a large financial services organisation, utilising your exceptional HR generalist skill set, providing support to both managers (including Senior Stakeholders) and employees on all HR related matters.
As well as providing operational HR support to the Sales function, you will also work closely with the wider team focusing on resourcing activity, improving processes, on boarding and succession planning etc.
About you the HR & Resourcing Specialist
You will have previously held a generalist HR role within a fast paced, sales or target driven environment, ideally within a contact centre environment. You will also possess the following;
- Strong up to date knowledge in Employment Law
- Previous experience in managing volume recruitment campaigns
- Possess CIPD qualification (level 5 or 7)
- Previously delivered people initiatives and experience around reward and recognition
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
As this role will cover several projects during the length of the FTC, proven HR project management experience would be advantageous as well as previously working within a FCA regulated industry.
