The Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for:-
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis
- Maintain training records
- Coordinate trainers
- Managing suppliers
- Implement induction programmes
- Drive continuous improvements
The Learning & Development Coordinator will have knowledge of working within a training environment. The ability to work under pressure and in a detail orientated environment is essential.
The candidate could come from a HR background looking for an opportunity to gain some exposure with learning and development. CIPD qualifications could be advantageous.
