Interim HR Shared Services Team Lead
This role is a great opportunity to join the business at a time of growth of transformation. This person will join the business to ensure the delivery of an efficient, customer-centric and professional range of front-line support services. You will be responsible for receiving queries at he first point of contact- working closely with the COE's when required.
In this role, day to day your responsibilities will include:
-Delivering customer service excellence and driving that in the internal culture
-Handle day to day performance and service delivery of the team, including training and development of team members
-Identify and implement service improvement
- Support other people activities and projects, such as global benefits, recruitment, pay and benefits and internal/external systems related projects
-Support M & A activity
To be considered you must have experience in managing a shared services function, be analytically minded and have experience of leading process and service improvements.
