HR Business Partner

A nationally recognised charity are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to join them at an exciting time of change and innovation. This is initially a 12 month contract.
This high profile role will give you the opportunity to play an integral part in shaping the evolving strategy of the organisation and to support them in achieving their ambitious goals to improve the lives of the people they set out to support. You will partner with a business area and work with leaders to support effective people management and manage organisational change, whilst being involved in a number of specific projects.
We are looking for a HR Business Partner with proven experience in:
- Influencing and coaching leaders
- Change management within a progressive organisation
- Performance management
- Applying strategic HR
- Driving HR projects including consultation and transition plans
- Stakeholder management
- Strong customer focus
- Employee engagement
