Recruitment Manager

6 month FTC

City of London

£40,000 - £60,000

My client are a health-care analytics business based in the City. Due to an investment, they are going through a period of growth and therefore require a recruitment manager to join them on a 6 month FTC. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the role will be a mix of transactional and strategic recruitment.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process; looking after around 20 roles at one time

Developing the process where needed, and able to identify more efficient and effective ways of working

Explore best practises and implement where appropriate

Build and manage quality relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies

Build brand attraction; using social media to build awareness and attract high quality candidates

Monitor employment law and data protection legislation to ensure processes are compliant

Main point of contact for any recruitment queries

Design and deliver training for hiring managers

Involvement in any relevant projects as necessary


Ideally previous tech recruitment experience

Must have in-house knowledge

Experience of building a function/strategy

Good knowledge of social media platforms

Project leadership

Self-starter; ability to work in a standalone capacity

The role is to ideally start mid-March, therefore, you must be available on short notice or immediately to be considered.
