Established financial services provider is seeking an experienced Executive Reward professional to join their Human Resources function based in Edinburgh. This is a high profile, permanent position providing strategic support to the senior leadership team ensuring the organisation fully utilises its best asset - its people to deliver the company's strategic priorities.

As the Senior Manager for Executive Reward, you'll support the Head of Department to deliver a range of compensation related activities, particularly the preparation of the Board Remuneration Committee papers and management of the reward round the Material Risk Takers. Additionally, you'll lead the Fitness and Propriety checks and all Senior Manager Regime activities.

This is a senior level appointment requiring a confident senior leader with gravitas and experience of influencing C- level Executives. You'll need proven Executive Reward experience with a sound understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding reward and remuneration. This role requires high attention to detail, strong analytical skills combined with the ability to present confidently to senior audiences.
